Ferro Silicon Magnesium (MgFeSi)
Ferrosilicon magnesium is a type of ferroalloy obtained from a combination of iron, silica and magnesium


Introduction:
Rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy refers to an alloy made of ferrosilicon, calcium, magnesium, rare earth, etc. through melting configuration. It is a good spheroidizing agent with strong deoxidation and desulfurization effects.
FeSiMg alloy nodulizer can be used as an additive to promote the crystallization of graphite in nodular cast iron into a spherical shape, as well as an additive to molten iron that makes graphite in cast iron precipitate in a spherical shape.

Specification:
Application:
1. Rare earth ferrosilicon magnesium nodulizer turns flake graphite into spheroidal graphite, which significantly improves the strength of cast iron, and has the functions of degassing, desulfurization and deoxidation.
2. Nickel magnesium nodulizer is often used for the production of high nickel austenitic ductile iron.
3. Low aluminum nodulizer is used for castings that are prone to subcutaneous pore defects and castings that require low aluminum content in molten iron.
4. The nodulizer produced by pure Ce and pure La has less pure inclusions and round graphite balls after spheroidization.
5. The nodulizer produced by yttrium-based heavy rare earth is suitable for large section castings, delaying the spheroidizing recession and preventing the formation of massive graphite.
6. Sb containing nodulizer is used for pearlite nodular cast iron.
7. Low silicon nodulizer is suitable for foundries that use a large amount of recycled materials;
